Juventus have completed the signing of Karem Alayabegovich from Bayer Leverkusen with a contract running through 2031.

According to the release clause, Alayabegovich’s buyout from Leverkusen is €13 million, which corresponds to the German club’s active clause in the agreement, which he previously had with Red Bull Salzburg.

In the current season in Austria, which started with him, Alayabegovich has scored 13 goals for Salzburg, and he has also provided an assist with his team’s 3:1 win over Austria’s Salzburg in the group stage. He also helped Salzburg advance to the 1/8 final against Switzerland’s Basel.

The transfer fee is also expected to include bonuses: the amount is expected to be at least €30 million, with bonuses of up to €5 million. It is also reported that the buyout for Salzburg is €8 million.

It is also reported that Alayabegovich is the third player signed by Juventus this summer after defender Zeki Çelik, who joined from Roma, and midfielder Djefar Ekhator, who joined from Genoa.
